RETURNS

Steps:

– Fill out the form below and we will email you areturn shipping label.  Check your spamfolder if you do not see it in a day or two.

– You may return the item up to 90 days from thepurchase date. All returns must be authorized in advance.

– For Warranty and exchanges when purchased throughBräandé.com directly, and outside of our 90-day return window, contact supportto verify the unit qualifies for an exchange or refund.

– If you purchased through Amazon or one of ourResellers, Distributors or Dealers please use their return procedures.

– For Warranty or exchanges, contact the company youpurchased from. They will exchange your unit for a new one. We will thenreplenish their inventory.

NOTE:

We will not issue a refund until the product isreturned to us.  Kindly allow 10 to 20days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement after we havereceived it.  Thanks for your understanding.
